Lincoln College is the largest educational institution in the county. With more than 450 vocational courses and 50 academic courses, every year it produces an exciting new set of talented graduates. The college also has a strong focus on providing qualifications to adults in work, who may have the necessary skills but need the qualifications to support these.

Recognising the need for skilled and qualified engineers to support the wide range of related companies in the region, the college offers apprenticeships in most aspects of electrical, manufacturing and automotive engineering. These hugely practical courses offer a balanced blend of on-site training and classroom-based teaching, with assessment spread across the two.
